Walk to End Alzheimer's - North East Tarrant County

Join the fight for Alzheimer’s first survivor.
At the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s, people carry flowers representing their connection to Alzheimer’s – a disease that currently has no cure. But what if one day there was a white flower for Alzheimer’s first survivor? What if there were millions of them? NBC 5, along with the Alzheimer’s Association – North Central Texas Chapter, invites you to help make that beautiful day happen by joining us for the world’s largest fundraiser to fight the disease. Register today at alz.org/walk.

The Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Fort Worth has been leading the way to Alzheimer’s first survivor for more than 25 years. That’s several years of care, support and research that the Association, along with its partners and participants, has funded. Join us on October 27 at Panther Island Pavilion as we celebrate how far we have come and continue to work toward our vision of a world without Alzheimer’s. Alzheimer’s disease is relentless. So are we.

As a participant in the Walk, you’ll have the chance to learn more about brain health and awareness and also take part in the Promise Garden Ceremony which allows you the opportunity to make a commitment to remember, honor, care and to fight Alzheimer’s disease.

Start or join a team by registering today at alz.org/walk and together we can walk toward a world without Alzheimer’s. Together, we can end Alzheimer’s disease!
