Long-Term Care Ombudsman Certification Training

If you are interested in giving back to your community, we hope you consider becoming a Certified Volunteer Ombudsman! As a Volunteer Ombudsman, you would be a resident-centered advocate for residents in nursing homes and assisted living communities another voice and help empower them! We also educate residents, families and staff on resident rights.
We provide training, tools and ongoing support. Training is virtual with classes beginning on May 13th and run twice a week for 8 weeks.
