Well-rounded, balanced living – everything that’s good for mind, body and soul – that’s what we believe in at Garden Estates of Temple. And that’s why we keep our calendar of events full! From daily exercise classes to book clubs, art programs and dancing, there are multiple activities to choose from every day. And, of course, we frequently have events open to visitors – so that you can also get a look at what life is like at Garden Estates. 

Some of the recent events we’ve hosted include a Virtual Chair Yoga class, where our instructor led attendees through a serious of easy, at-home stretches used to improve flexibility and balance. A Coffee Chat with Resident Anne Marie was a wonderful way to relax and have some fun with friends while really getting to know our community and residents better. And our Cooking Demonstration, where our executive chef taught some delicious, easy and healthy recipes.
