Rapamycin (RAPA) topical ointment clinical study seeks volunteers

You can help UT Health San Antonio researchers discover if using Rapamycin topical ointment can slow down the aging of skin cells. You may qualify if you are: 

  • Between the ages of 65 and 95

  • In relatively good health and a non-smoker

  • Do not have diabetes

  • Fully vaccinated for the coronavirus

The study involves eight visits (two visits in the clinic at UT Health San Antonio and six visits at your home/phone) over the period of approximately seven months. Eligible participants will receive compensation. For more information or to volunteer, please call (210) 834-7819.
