Free Online Class: Introduction to the Journey of Meditation
ABOUT THIS CLASS:
Mara Chaben from ZenStop will be giving an introduction on meditation class for 15 minutes, which will lead to a mindfulness practice session for 30 minutes & time for questions at the end.
