ABOUT THIS CLASS

This evening yoga class will be focused on gentle movement, stretching, breath awareness and strengthening the mind, body & spirit connection, helping us to wind down for a restful evening and deep sleep. Yoga is a powerful tool for tuning into our bodies and can help us transform both our physical and mental wellbeing. During these uncertain times, it's more important than ever to check in with ourselves and find ways to nurture that mind, body and spirit connection.

 

MATERIALS NEEDED:

  • Yoga mat or a large towel
  • A quiet space where you can move freely
  • Comfy clothes (sweatpants/leggings/workout shorts, t-shirt/tank top, etc.)
  • Water
  • (optional: a yoga strap or a hand towel, yoga blocks or a stack of books)
