Are you aging? Today I’m writing to motivate you to take action.

I understand the frustrations that you have when it comes to your body. I know all about your insecurities over the condition of your health and how hopeless aging can feel.

Remember that action alleviates anxiety. So whenever you’re feeling anxious over the current shape of your health, take that as a reminder to jump into action. And then begin to reap these 21 rewards of exercise.
