The chapter’s Trailblazer’s program provides education & support to those in the early stages of Alzheimer’s or a related dementia. Through this partnership we encourage outreach for new and existing advocates, and educate and promote the overall community awareness of Alzheimer’s disease to local corporate sponsors, and other employee giving campaigns.

Socially isolated seniors are those who do not have access to resources, who are living alone without assistance from friends or family, or who are experiencing feelings of loneliness as a result of being isolated from their community. The goal of this program is to help these seniors enjoy better, safer lives while remaining in their own homes. Volunteers and professionals from neighborhood and faith-based groups, government, businesses and human service organizations provide a variety of services through this program. Our goal is to help these separate entities form a sustainable network that can provide these services to isolated seniors for years to come.

We are a non-profit organization that entertains Senior Citizens around the communities, with song and dance. Our performances include dance & song styles from the 1920's, 30s & 40s. One of our Military packages includes a Flag Ceremony to honor the Veterans. We perform at nursing homes, assisted living centers, retirment centers and for many senior functions throughout the year. Every 2 years we have a large show at the Scott Theater in Ft. Worth that is open to the public. This Show is coming up in September and we are anxious to promote it. One of our performance days will be a weekday on which we will perform specifically for nursing home and assisted living facilites. We provide the buses to bring the Seniors to the show and lunch is provided to them after the show. This year we will have performances on Saturday night 9/20 at 7:30, Sunday afternoon, 9/21 at 2:30, Monday, 9/22 at 10:00 am and then on Tuesday 9/23 at 10:00 & 2:00pm.
